This one was emailed to me from the contact form on this site. The signature looks authentic. The origin being a Los Angeles art gallery checks out. The title likely refers to the affluent Chevy Chase Canyon neighborhood which is just minutes north of the San Gabriel Valley where he was known to paint, so the location and time period make sense too.
